Terms and Conditions

  1. Booking and Payment:

    When booking a unit at Antara, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to comply with the terms and conditions established by the developer.

    A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure a unit.

    The buyer agrees to adhere to the payment schedule outlined in the sales agreement.

  2. Property Details:

    Specifications, dimensions, designs, and amenities mentioned in promotional materials are subject to change at the discretion of the developer.

    Illustrations or renderings provided are for representation purposes only and may not accurately depict the final product.

  3. Possession and Handover:

    The developer will make reasonable efforts to complete construction within the specified timeline, though delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, for which the developer shall not be held liable.

    The possession date outlined in the sales agreement is indicative and may be subject to change.

  4. Legal Compliance:

    The buyer agrees to comply with all legal requirements, including registration, stamp duty, and any other applicable taxes or fees.

    The developer will provide all necessary documentation for legal compliance, including occupancy and completion certificates.

  5. Maintenance and Common Areas:

    The buyer agrees to pay maintenance charges as determined by the housing society or maintenance committee.

    Upon completion of the project, the developer will hand over common areas and amenities to the housing society, which will then be responsible for maintenance and upkeep.

  6. Transfer and Resale:

    The buyer may not transfer or sell the property without prior written consent from the developer.

    In the event of resale, the buyer agrees to inform the developer and adhere to any terms and conditions regarding transfer of ownership.

  7. Dispute Resolution:

    Any disputes arising from the purchase of the property shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

    The buyer agrees to attempt amicable resolution of disputes with the developer through negotiation or mediation before pursuing legal action.

  8. Miscellaneous:

    The developer reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

    These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the buyer and the developer, superseding any previous agreements or representations.

    By booking a unit at Antara, the buyer acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
